Fresh Start Sometimes it's just not worth it to try to remove Virus' and Spyware / Malware from your machine, it's just not cost effective when paying by the hour. I will sometimes recommend a "clean slate"; I will put your computer back to how it was prior to the infection and also retain all of your data along the way. |

Hardware Diagnostics I am able to diagnose just about any and all hardware problems. The only limitation I have is my hardware inventory to do these types of tests. I plan on growing my inventory of spare parts for just this reason in the near future. |

Recommendations I'm not opposed to making recommendations that do not put money in my pocket. If I come to your house and see that the PC you are working with is something less desirable and perhaps may cost you more money to fix and or upgrade, I will recommend that you purchase a new machine. I usually just recommend something cheap and inexpensive from our local Wal-Mart or Office Max. |
